I agree with Phiddipus. There is a wealth of data indication that prazosin is useful when treating PTSD, especially sleep disturbances and nightmares, although daytime anxiety is often mitigated as well.

You may want to keep the Topamax. It, too, has a good track record for treating PTSD. Unfortunately, I don't know the dosage range of Topamax when used this way. I like the 100 mg/day dosage for bipolar mixed-states.
