I forgot to mention. I feel the use of herbs along with antibiotics is very important for three reasons....
Boosts effectiveness; lessens risks; and helps in other areas ABX don't. For example if a drug has liver or kidney risk, there are excellent plants to help protect from that. If it is feared ABX might cause yeast or fungal infections which is true and common with ABX, many of the antimicrobial herbs are not only potent against bacteria but also fungi. And such.> > Doxycycline 400mg. Wow. What a difference. Makes antidepressant drugs look embarrassing and way off target. Thus far for 2012 this is the best antidepressant/antianxiety I've experienced in several years.

I had a professor who was prescribed an antibiotic and she got very ill because it killed the bacteria in her gut that prevent the overgrowth of bad bacteria. I think she had to take more antibiotics and prescription probiotics to stop the runs caused by the first round of antibiotics.
