For me, it didn't just melt off. I had to diet and exercise like crazy to get it off. It seemed to take forever. What happened, for better or worse, is that i was in a work situation that made me totally anxiety-filled, which absolutely kills my appetite, and the weight, finally, started rolling off. I am now almost -- almost -- at my pre-AAP weight.
