Well, if you have a grudge to settle and you think you've got legitimate evidence to back it up, there are attorneys who will do the work for you and take a chunk (usually around 30%-50%) of the money you are awarded as their pay so you don't have to pay them up front. If you lose, you owe nothing. Sometimes it's better just to drop it, forgive it, and move on. I'm just saying, if you want to go forward, do it right. There are always going to be idiots throughout our lives and he certainly will not be the only one in yours. But if you want to hold him accountable, do it in a way that will make a difference. That means a commissioned attorney.
