When you get to the point where one class of drugs doesn't seem to work for you, move onto another. You have the choice of SNRI's, TCAs and other antidepressants such as Mirtazapine.

Another approach would be to augmment your SSRI treatment with another class of antidepressant-TCA, SNRI, etc. I currently take Viibryd, an SSRI with Mirtazapine for depression and OCD.

You can also augment with other drugs that have proven to treat depression, like Memantine, Buprenephrine, etc.
