what my sponser at NA tells me is to write a gratitude list. I am thankful im breathing, live some where, have a car, and have some friends...
there's a list whole lot more longer for things I am not grateful for too...i don't think I'll write it.

I'm confessing everything now because I am hoping that the truth will set me free from this hopelessness.
