Hey Guys -
Thanks for your comments. Well, in short, I had a big problem with dizziness and lightheadedness from 2007-2008 although it didn't affect me too much in my daily life, I did feel it constantly. I know full and well dizziness and lightheadedness are a common SE of anxiety/OCD.
I have been on Anafranil for 1.5 months with no issues with dizziness/lightheadedness and it just came about the last week. Nothing has changed except the holidays so I hate to blame an anxiety reaction on a medication reaction and vice versa. The Anafranil is a great help in calming me down and reducing the obsessive thoughts.
Sometimes it's tough to distinguish medication reactions to anxiety/OCD reactions.
**I had textbook GAD for many years before it became OCD. The OCD is worse I would say so Anafranil is one of the better meds for this.
