So wait a minute, you actually have access to opioids? Then what are you waiting for?
There's two decisions to make here. Will you try them or not? If the answer is yes, the next question is: do you have a possibility to give the drug that you are going to try to someone else so that they can give it you at the correct dose each day? If yes, and if that is what you want to do because you are scared of addiction, give the pills to someone else. If you can't do or don't want that, tell yourself how important it is to stay at the dose you or your doc prescribed to you, and then go for it! Depending on the strength of the products you have, you can cut the pill in two or even in four if necessary to start at a low dose. Then see what happens.
There is only one way to go about that. Do it or don't.
