About a week ago.

It's hard to say. I have ADHD as well and live in a highly distracting household - dogs, younger brothers, video games - so often I just go with the restlessness and don't really notice it. If you had to ask me at gunpoint, I'd say, yes, I've generally been more restless on Lexapro but I experience that reaction to a lot of medication.

I use nicotine periodically to concentrate. I worked out yesterday's episode was actually triggered by the nicotine withdrawal. SSRIs seem to lower my akathisia threshold such that withdrawal from dopaminergic agents becomes rather unpleasant.
