I don't think any chemicals, electroshock, or surgery will cure schizophrenia. The best "treatment" is rehabilitation and humane treatment by empathetic professionals, plus reasonable doses of tranquilizers. Unfortunately, its hard to get treatment like that, especially if you don't have resources.
