Starting Carbamazapine

For 4 years now I have suffered a frontal headache that sends pain from the middle of my forehead through my eyes and down into my teeth. Just recently I visited a neurologist who has diagnosed me with an atypical trigimenal neuralgia. To treat it he has prescribed Carbamazapine.
How will this effect my mood?
