Sigi makes a really good point, Matt. For several different reasons, it genuinely might be a good idea to experiment with removing your meds. HOWEVER, it should be done under the watchful eye of your doctor, who likely will taper them down one at a time. Your family should also be involved in the process, because they will likely notice problems before you do (i.e. - mood & behavior setbacks). So I think it's worth discussing with your psychiatrist, but I think it would be a bad idea to try to take yourself off your meds on your own. You need someone to be looking out for you.Solstice
