As it turns out, my mood had become unstable toward the end of my taper from the Clomipramine to the Viibryd. The past week I have been having mixed symptoms: depression, anxiety and irritability. This tends to happen with me on SSRIs. I tackled the issue by upping my Latuda to 80 mg, which has calmed things down greatly.
