It is, yes. Sandoz do quite a wide range of generics. When Novartis brands lose patent protection in the UK, Sandoz always launch a generic to compete with other manufacturers. They do this to maintain some sales, even at much lower prices. It is still worthwhile to sell letrozole (generic Femara) for £3.39. Mass produced products are not expensive to manufacture.
I imagine that Lilly can produce Zyprexa for about $0.20 per box. It is produced in huge quantities so it will cost virtually nothing per pack.
