hi ..I have struggled with this same thought. I have been on Adderall, Vyvanse, etc. for the past 11 years and I know it has really helped me even get out of the depression and paralysis of apathy to where I got interested and excited about doing stuff again. I began to be able to focus on things that were important instead of dwelling and feeling imprisoned by my darkness. So fear of not having the help of the medication has made me feel ashamed because I know I rely on it and see other people function great without anything. It actually feels really good to let that all out. I have been beating myself up about it for a long time. We are only human and want to do the best we can..we are all wired different with different experiences and God makes us according to his plan and won't leave us hanging..He always will complete us..Em
