Have you had any experience with tricyclic antidepressants?I bet you would have responded to nomifensine had it still been available. It was a potent inhibitor of both dopamine and norepinephrine reuptake. I am not a big believer that dopamine reuptake inhibition contributes to the antidepressant properties of Wellbutrin, although it is probably pro-noradrenergic. I am sure Sheldon Preskorn would disagree with me.
