Does anyone take more than 100 mg of Pristiq?

In the clinical studies of Pristiq, the dosages tested ranged from 50 mg to 400 mg. I need a minimum of 300 mg of Effexor to obtain a partial response. I am guessing that I will need a similarly high dosage of Pristiq.
Feedback?
Are Effexor and Pristiq equipotent with respect to dosage?
