I explain. I am taking a low dose alprazolam for anxiety and started to take two 200 mg sulbutiamine because I feel very tired (not from the alprazolam I guess but from stress or depression).

I read (at Servier website, but lost the URL) sulbutiamine acts by upregulation of the reticular activating system, so I thought maybe it was doing the opposite of alprazolam.
