Appt in AM still tired sore irritable- next?

Go to pdoc first thung iin AM - not worse not really better- maybe less mean but sleepy and avoiding most pleasure. What am I missing? Besides fun enjoyment and life?

Diagnoses: MDD, GAD, ADHD

MEDS:
Trileptal: 300 mg 2x/day
Focalin XR: 10 mg
Focalin IR: 10 mg
Prozac: 20 mg
Effexor: 37.5 mg
Ambien: 10 mg
Klonopin: .5 mg twice daily
