Maybe this was a manic episode?

I don't know what happened this week.
I was having insomnia, but more than that.
When my brain would not shut off for a few nights in a row, I started getting really angry and I ended up smashing my lamp. Anyhow, ativan did nothing at all. Clonazepam worked. Whats the difference? Clonazepam is supposedly better for mania. Was this mania?
I don't know.
