The clinical significance of 5ht2c antagonism is variable.

Increases in dopamine and norepinephrine in the prefrontal cortex may not be enough to stimulate mania.

Whether or not Agomelatine will correct your circadian rhythms is another story altogether.

ALl I can say is give it a whirl.
