Sorry I dint understand your question very well.
But I have a bad feeling all the time ,Im thinking all the time that I should not be here , That Im sick , that was the thing that lyrica helped a little bit. I was more controled with that.
Then , in front of the people , I have intrusive thougths and after that the fear come to my mind
