That sucks.
Perhaps your opioid autoreceptors on nerves signaling dopamine outflow are subsensitive to begin with. A small reduction in autoreceptor stimulation provides little increase in opioid or dopamine release. That leaves only postsynaptic receptors to be blocked with no opioid to compete for occupancy. This would cause dysphoria. I am just guessing.
I can see how LDN could be antidepressive in some conditions. I guess it is analogous to low-dose amisulpiride on the dopamine synapse.
