Treatment Resistant Condition

These are my medications:
Prozac 60mg
Wellbutrin 300mg
Clonodine .1mg X 3 daily
Zyprexa 20mg
Now they are ... not working. They have no effect at all anymore its like my body has a tolerance to it. I'm suppost to be feeling the effects of the antidepressants and its a negative, its like they all gave out in doing anything. I still get greatly depressed and then have cognitive problems with concentration which effects my wellbeing at work. In most cases Rililin would be considered but It can't in this case. I've been researching Marplan, Parnate, and Selegine. Selegine looks like it would work without the side effects of most MAOI'S

What should I tell my doctor??
