Thanks for the replies.
Sometimes I think I'm bipolar because I'll have good days and then horrible ones. Lots of negative thoughts and I can't seem to push the negative thoughts or feelings away.
I have tried Wellbutrin but maybe I should give it another try because it doesn't have the weight gain effect Nortriptyline has for me.
Doesn't Remeron cause weight gain?
I'm a little scared to use effexor because I know it's hard to get off of. I'm already on paxil and don't need the two that are next to impossible to stop.
Any ideas? My Pdoc seems to be pretty fair to work with.
Thanks again everyone!

Diagnosis: depression and anxiety
Current meds: paxil 20mg., desiprimine 20mg., clonazepam .5mg.
Of meds tried, nortriptyline worked the best but caused major weight gain so d/c
