i think its not so much that it hits after im not busy. cuz i feel it bad when i'm busy but one the tasks keep my mind occupied so i dont dwell on it and two its like anxiety gives me energy, the more physical i am the less bothersome it is. So when i'm running around after two kiddos and cleaning up it doesnt seem as bad or as troublesome.
Then when all is calm, part of me waits for the storm to hit and two that's when i have nothing else to occupy my mind.

But this has always been a concern of my pdoc as it disrupts my sleep habits and in turn effects my depression significantly.
So keeping my anxiety at bay is ALways a concern.

glad he upped the perphenazine though. i'm thinking after i regulate a little maybe if i still have it bad mid morning he could up the mornning dose as well.
