So guys, I see the doctor this week. I am over the worst of the nicotine withdrawal. I can see that my depression and anxiety have improved. See, I think it's much harder to pull out me this time because I am not working or in school and as I heal I have to continue to work on things which have become habit. I find myself going to bed early not because I am depressed per se, but because I have nothing to do. I have saved enough money from cigarette abstinence to pay my Internet bill. That will help, I miss music and movies and being able to do my job hunt from home. Adding testosterone has been helpful, I have more energy. I gave been able to pick myself up go the part with meds alone when I was still working and had the foundation of a life already in place. This time, I've had to start from square one. Anyway, when I see the doctor, I want to change my hypnotic to Dalmane. I can't sleep a full night whether I take Ambien or Restoril, wake up at 3 and must take another. I also want my testosterone labs ordered so I can see where I'm at with that. Will keep Nardil at 90 and Xanax at 1mg twice a day. I have needed less Xanax lately. I tend to take the afternoon dose less frequently. I hope a year from now I'll be posting from my desk at work... Nardil has made me gain a lot of weight again... but if that's what it takes for me to have reduced depression then I no longer care.
