Well, I think anxiety is the engine. Even for insomnia. It pre-existed Emsam by decades, hence the creeping Xanax usage of at least a decade.
So I brought up anxiety. You brought up insomnia. I think the two go together for me.
Years of anxiety can take a toll. Then I had that crazy forced Xanax withdrawal in July that I haven't recovered from yet. A lot of fear.
