adderall-supplemtation

I take adderall 20 mg twice daily sa.
Is there info on what supplementation one can use to conter act damage to the body and brain.
Also Is one ADHD med better then the other.
I seem to get more sinus problems with adderall, I also take cymbalta. I hate both drugs but if I do not take them I have energy but no motivation.
