This is where a good doctor should provide answers to your questions and that you not guess at the answers for yourself. Maybe Prozac has irrevocably pooped-out on you. Alternatively, you may be experiencing peaks and valleys on your way to wellness. Recovery from severe or chronic depression rarely appears as a straight line. It follows a more jagged pattern. Of course, there is the possibility that the Prozac 60mg is the right dosage for you, but that you need to add other drugs as augmenters in order to recapture the antidepressant response. There are too many "maybe's" that Psycho-Babble might not be equipped to consider them all. There is one important therapeutic modality that you might be neglecting, and you don't have to take any extra pills! If you are not using psychotherapy as an adjunct treatment, I think you might remain psychologically depressed on top of being biologically depressed. If you don't attack any psychopathology that exists, your chances of a full and long-lasting recovery may be diminished.
What are you being treated for? I forgot. Sorry.
Good luck.

Some see things as they are and ask why.
I dream of things that never were and ask why not.
