Lamictal calms some areas of the mind. I really can't tell ya why your sleeping so heavily but I do understand because I have days like that when I stay in the bed long periods of time. Scared to get up and deal with reality. It can be a good safe place but too long it causes depression. I can recommend some meds for you but I'm not your doctor but Provigel would be very well choice for this kind of sleep. It keeps you awake and in a peppy mood.

But like advice for this. The bed really can be a good place to rest but if its all time. Like the other day I went to go get something out of my car and I went back to my bed and saw where I was laying and said to myself. "This is not healthy" because it was 4:00 in the afternoon and I was depressed as hell.

Do things that you can do. Like when I wake up I look at all the dishes that need to be done and say "well great another day of work". It's so healthy to tell yourself that your worth something and not to spend times when your feel terribly depressed in the bed. Talk here on babble. But I think you just need some energy and confidence about the days waking up. Depression really can sink you into this, and its best to get into a program where you have to get up. But listen I'm very sorry this happened to you today. This happens to me many times and I sleep with a teddy bear and sometimes hide under the covers not wanting to deal with the day.

Your dreams sometimes can have an influence on you. I've always been so facinated with foretelling dreams of whats going to happen during the day. Try to think on how you can control your dream to give you more confidence to get up the next day and say "im ready, let's make this day wonderful[no sarcasm]"

Sometimes sleeping can give you better nuerotransmitter transmission. I don't know. Journal.

I really want to get the shock treatment but most of the doctors that I have seen won't give it to me. I really just want to say to them as depressed as I am....why don't you send me the vet and put me down.

Happy thoughts!

Matt
