I have extensive experience with low blood pressure while on Parnate. I had a bad case of orthostatic hypotension. Whenever I would stand up after laying down or sitting for a long period, I would get very dizzy and sometimes simply collapse, although I remained conscious -- ha, reminds me of when I fell over in a movie theater lobby and my little sister was trying in vain to hold me up; she is much smaller than I am. People assumed I was just drunk and being carried out.... I try to take a lighthearted approach to it.
It's been a hard balancing act to get my blood pressure to a normal level. Right now I take Vyvanse (stimulant) so it counteracts the Parnate, but there are other meds that I took which helped with the blood pressure. I can't remember the names but I can look it up later.
