Nardil and NE processing

I was reading that after a time, Nardil somehow renders NE less active, although it starts out effecting NE fairly equally.

For myself, who seems to react adversely to too much NE, that could be good...?

Does this action play into what is known as a shift in action some users discuss around 4 months in?

I dig a pony.
