Yeah I had nasty withdrawals from just 7.5mg nortriptyline after only being on that about a month.

That's what scares me about new trials. If it doesn't work out, and it usually doesn't, the exit door is harder than the entrance door. It is a very deceptive trap when we start a new pill. I think the risk is worth it when it works. But it usually doesn't. And then it sucks to get out.

I don't think it does actual damage but I do think it adversely or maybe even permanently impacts things like gene encoding, receptor sensitivity, and who knows what.
