A friend added remeron, and it helped her enough that it *made the difference* and she didn't mind the weight. About a year or so after she stabilized, she slowly was able to lose
most of that weight (with some effort :-/). She's mom to a young child, so felt she had bigger fish to fry than her modest weight gain.

Don't know about dose JMS....
