also make sure to use a nightguard if you have any bitemarks/gum recession going on... that's caused by clenching of the teeth, and makes things worse.
If you have it like so bad that you are literally incapable of distinguishing it from cotton balls being squeezed in your mouth, there's always Evoxac...
Keep in mind you don't want to resort to a dry mouth pill unless you have to, as they do have the potential to cause sudden death (a heart condition).
But they do get the job done. You'll drool on your pillow. =)
