Sounds like you've been on 45 for long enough. I went through the brief hypomania stage too. You should increase to 60. This med has all kinds of side effects so you have to be patient. Many of them do go away eventually. If you are concerned you can try splitting a tablet and taking 45+7.5. 60 seems to be the minimum dose for many people that begins to improve symptoms.
