I would personally recomend trazodone over remeron (in conjunction with pristiq). The reason being that both pristiq and remeron increase norepeinephrine in a synergistic way. Some people notice irritability and or obsessivness when combining remeron with other noradrenergic drugs.
Even just pristiq and trazodone would be promising IMHO.
