all of that sounds right (i haven't heard of biperiden)

nicotine looks like an AD in animal tests, though i think there is some idea that (something?) alpha7? nicotinic receptor downregulation is important, and an antagonist would work too, similar to the 5ht2 role vis-a-vis ssris.

the only drug i have personal experience with is nicotine. the lozenges work almost as well as AMP for adhd for me.
