z, everyone in the world is booked into eternity it seems. That waitlist at Stanford is long, at Pamf it's long; I cold-called someone, then missed his call.
I have a call out to the pdoc I ranted about. He didn't mean to leave me med-less, plus was shocked when I just ended it.
My gp, I imagine will kick me some sleep meds now that Stanford says so. (She's an anti-med zealot.) Since her mother did not do well on Nardil, she doesn't prescribe it.
If I had been single, and hadn't found the lunesta, I might have gone to the er. But what could I say? I wasn't really going to kill myself. Isn't that how it works at the er? I've never been. (But I didn't want to create upset for my family at night).
I'll try to patch something through today. And try to see if Nardil will be enough for benzos. As long as I can get to sleep, I will try without.
