on predizone again

It's been a long time but here I am again. My back started hurting and It just will not let up getting little worse each day. methypredizone pak usually fixes me up with in a day or two. It's the 15 hours aday I was sleeping that messed my back up. I exspoect to be off my nut by this time tomorrow.
