It should be no problem adding desipramine. In fact it may help offset some of the low blood pressure issues a lot of folks get.
Nortriptyline does some work on serotonin and may be an issue.
for me, desipramine was good for fatigue. It helped with pain as well. It might make you a little anxious though. especially on top of parnate.
Wellbutrin is something else that might be added to parnate for fatigue. But if youre anxious at all that could make it worse.
