Ive had mixed episodes in the middle of switching AD's. Im assuming its just the extra serotonin.. and with two drugs working on it at the same time in lower doses.
Raising the dose of one AD has never really done much. Considering the direction theyre going in with ADs maybe theres something to this 5ht2c antagonism? I tried low dose prozac it didnt really do anyhting to me.
