So tired on Lithium!

My doc has me taking 450mg of Lithium (until we get bloodwork) and 75mg of Wellbutrin.
I am so freakin tired! I have to take a nap during the day.
Is this normal? I don't get bloodwork for another week and I don't see my doc for another 2 weeks.
I think 300mg might be better.
