This past couple years I developed a symptom I never experienced before: voices in my head telling me what to do!
Is this a dissociative symptom or a psychotic one?

Clomipramine 200 mg
Vyvanse 50 mg
Zonisamide 300 mg
Abilify 30 mg
Pindolol 30 mg
