Long Term side effects of high level Parnate dose

I was wondering if anyone has any information and / or experience with the long term effects of high level doses of Parnate? I'm talking about being on 80mg daily for a few years. I'm not interested in the 6 month side effects etc, but I want to know the long term health effects. Anyone have any ideas?
