word retrieval glitch

I am presently taking:
750mg lithium carbonate
300mg buproprion/wellbutrin(in 2 doses)
25mcg synthroid
20 mg fluoxetine (prozac)
15mg zolpidem(ambien)
1mg lorazepam
The prozac and wellbutrin are new additions and I'm on week 3.
I have serious word retrieval problems and it's getting freaky. I am feeding meanings into the computer to retrieve words.
Is there a likely culprit?
This is really getting out of hand.
