Nuvigil

I just started taking Nuvigil and have noticed these effects:

1. Increased focus
2. Clarity
3. improved mood
4. decreased suicidal ideations

I have OCD and am wondering if the Nuvigil is helping to treat my intrusive and recurrent thoughts.

I should note I have ADHD and am Bipolar.

Lithium 1200 mg
Clomipramine 200 mg
Zonisamide 300 mg
Vyvanse 50 mg
Abilify 30 mg
Nuvigil 250 mg
