antipsychotic tolerance

so, im about to begin taking an antipsychotic and was wondering how long it takes beofore you start to notice any tolerance to the effects of it? im actually going to be taking it just to increase dopamine receptor sensitivity, because mirapex seems to have completely desensitized my dopamine receptors chronically. this is the idea my doc and i came up with. and i know everyone is different, but how long til you noticed any tolerance to an antipsychotic?
