Thanks for the info on the mayo clinic, ya I know milk thisstle or however u spell it can help with ur liver, I was just wondering if someone had any personal experiences with it.. The thought of drinking 5 cups of coffee a day is unsettling.......but if I have to I will...Hola at urrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr boooooooooooooyyyyyyyyy(alvin n the chipmunks voice)
